We provide expert third-party inspection, testing, and certification services for anchors, lifelines, and fall protection systems on existing buildings. As an EIAC-accredited company, we deliver independent, unbiased assessments to ensure full compliance with CFA, IRATA, ICOP, and EN 795 standards.
Our services include thorough site inspections to assess the condition and performance of anchor systems, followed by detailed recommendations tailored to meet client requirements. We conduct load testing of anchorages up to 25kN, supported by technical advice and consultancy to ensure your systems are safe, compliant, and ready for operational use.

Condition Survey of the Catwalk and other Structural Elements of an Indoor Theme Park building
The survey was conducted by the rope access operations team by monitoring the condition of the catwalk and other structural sections, finding areas with damaged firestop protection and other abnormalities.
Rope Access Anchorage Point Installation of a Structural Building
We have undertaken TYPE TEST procedures of Mock Up (OFF structure) anchor points as per EN795(2012), BS 7883 with the use of calibrated test meter equipment.
