Industrial Rope Access Equipment from our manufacturers is built to last. The equipment that is needed to start in rope access varies slightly depending on where the technician will be working. It also depends on what equipment the technician is most comfortable, using and wearing. Vertico X-treme strongly recommends that the technician should undertake rope access training before buying ANY equipment as our instructors provide detailed technical information of all equipment so that the technician becomes knowledgeable about the equipment after completing a rope access training course.

Each component of the rope access kit is precisely picked to give the technician the ability to tackle any job with a full range of motion. A complete rope access kit (basic kit) typically consists of a helmet, full body harness with integrated chest ascender, hand ascender, foot loop, descender, backup device, set of connectors/carabiners, ropes, lanyards, and slings. There are, of course, many additional items that are also needed, for example, equipment/kit bags, tool bags, rope bags, rope guards/rope protectors, work seat and pulleys.
